1.The first phone call
When you first contact us we will discuss your wants and needs for your new basement along with the budget you are looking to work within.

2.We come to you
Our team members will come to your home and do a full review of the space and determine the perfect layout and design that works best for you. This will include scale drawings, measurements and a complete estimate.

3.Final meeting
Once the proposal has been accepted we come back to your home and review the entire estimate and drawings to make sure all parties are in agreement on the scope of the project and make any necessary changes before development begins.
BASEMENT
Pre Construction and Rough-in stage

Our professionals come and install a high security lock box with a unique code to your home

We install top of the line floor protection from the entry point to the basement and wrap all railings in immediate area to ensure no damage is done. If something does happen we will repair the damage at no cost to you.

A required permits are pulled

Framing materials are delivered to your street. Soon after our professional team will come and put the lumber in your basement through the window

The next day a framing walkthrough is carried out with yourself and our team to ensure the design is 100% and everyone is on the same page

Plumbing rough-in is completed as per the design and either your tub or shower is installed

A electrical walkthrough is done with yourself and our team to ensure your lighting and switches are put in your desired locations

City inspectors will meet our dedicated inspections rep on site. He will field all questions and deal directly with the inspectors so you don't have to

Your selections will now start with our team of designers and sales reps. They will help to make sure you aren't overwhelmed with all the different options..
Drywall, trim/doors, paint

Delivery and installation of drywall in rooms and waterboard in bathroom

Walls are sanded to a level 4 finish

Ceiling texture is applied
-
Doors are hung, windows are cased, and all trim is installed

Nail holes are filled, joints removed and trim is sanded to a smooth finish. We then spray with low VOC product and first coat of paint is applied to the walls

Professional walk-through of basement is completed, ensuring the basement is up to our high level standard of quality
Final touches

Installation of flooring, knobs, vent covers, door stops, etc

Second coat of paint is applied

Installation of bathroom fixtures

Installation of lighting, electrical switches, plugs, and breakers

Final paint touch-ups
-
Final city inspections & walk throughs are completed with our team and the inspectors

Full professional clean of your entire basement is completed.
